The artwork is the essence of the artist's statement.

As a lifelong artist, I'm still convinced that the most interesting subjects are to be found in nature. The moods of water, the seasonal aspects of plants and forests are subjects of beauty. The colors of nature, the daylight that constantly changes, the weathering of everything. Capturing that beauty is challenging and fun.  Being in nature is inspirational and the moods of water are of particular interest to me. 

You will bring your own thoughts and remembrances to these pieces of artwork as you view them and by doing so, you are the other half of the art experience, the completion of the art.
